Exciting times. New post available to join the Hamill lab team in collaboration with MiNA therapeutics to work on a project developing new treatment for aniridia.
This is a 16 month post available immediately, funded by Innovate UK.
The project will involve developing our candidate therapeutic from an in vitro functional tool into a “therapy-ready” formulation, then generating proof-of-concept data in a preclinical animal model.
The person we are looking for will, therefore, bring skills in cell and molecular biology and also experience in working with animal models. In exchange, they will get a chance to be a central player in a bench-to-bedside project, working at the interface between academia and industry.
